3rd annual NorWALK for Mental Health: Walk + Wellness Fair

Saturday, May 4th, 2024, from 9am-12pm: It's our 3rd annual

"NorWALK for Mental Health: Walk + Wellness Fair"! (Rain date May 11th!)

​

  • From 9am-12pm: Check in at our 8 Dimensions of Wellness fair to participate in activities and enjoy music, make art & ceramics, and do laughter yoga, practice boxing and river rowing, and more! 

  • 40 organizations will be present with fun activities for all ages and providing resources such as free health checkups, check-up from the neck up, parenting resources, Narcan, literacy, financial planning assistance, and more.  

  • At 10:30, join some yoga & then hear local community members & the mayor speak about the importance of mental health.

  • At 11:15, show your support for the cause with our short (1.5 mile) awareness walk!

This event recognizes both Mental Health Awareness Month and National Prevention Week.
