A New Chapter for Our Team

Our beloved Marsha Elbourne has taken on a new position with the City Clerk’s Office under newly elected Mayor Barbara Smyth. We are deeply grateful for the incredible impact Marsha has made through The Norwalk Partnership (TNP), and within the broader community. While she has stepped away from her role, we are happy to share that she will remain connected as an active community member.

With that, we are excited to welcome our new Coalition Coordinator, Cindy Dupiton. You can learn more about Cindy and her role here.

Forgot to sign up for our free Advocacy Training? Good news… it’s not too late!

Due to the recent snowstorm, our advocacy training has been postponed to February 9 from 3:00–6:00 PM. Open to any teen or adult from Norwalk: Come learn how to turn your passion and lived experience with mental health conditions or other important issues into effective, skillful grassroots advocacy. If you care about creating change, this training is for you.

This FREE training is offered by The Norwalk Partnership, in collaboration with Positive Directions, NAMI CT, Kids In Crisis, and Catalyst CT | The Hub.

We’re living in a new age of media

Where screens shape how we think, feel, and connect. The film "Screenagers: Growing Up in the Digital Age" (updated as of 2025) explores what that means for teens' mental health, relationships, and future.

Norwalk families are invited to watch the film and attend a panel discussion on February 5 from 6–8 PM at Brian McMahon High School.
