About the event

Question-Persuade-Refer (QPR) is an evidence-based training for the general public (ages 16+). Anyone can learn to recognize warning signs, learn how to talk to someone about suicide, and help connect them to appropriate resources. The training includes videos, data, and a group role play.

Positive Directions-The Center for Prevention & Counseling is offering free QPR every month in the *evening* (online). To organize a QPR for a school or group, to host an in-person training, or to host a Spanish-language training, please contact Margaret at mwatt@positivedirections.org. RSVP for our upcoming trainings at www.positivedirections.org/events.

Please also note that The Hub is offering free QPR trainings twice per month, on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday *mornings*, online. Visit www.thehubct.org/calendar to RSVP.
